Since the first visit, we knew Bill was our guy. Beside the things that most see, Bill addressed many other things that are not seen, additional insulation, securing the windows from water, and extending the short roof line to the new gutters. I appreciated Bill’s professionalism and courtesy in dealing with us. He didn’t “sell” us that we needed to get the most expensive siding out there nor did he cut the costs by selling us the most cost effective siding. He showed and described the various types and benefits of each and allowed us to make a decision.
Truth be told, it is a lot of work and the job can be messy. Bill’s crew did not leave the job site as though no one would see it, they daily removed the old and cleaned the area so as not to look like an untidy construction site, my wife and I appreciated that. We are very pleased with the quality of craftsmanship and work done to our house and would highly recommend Gumpper’s to anyone and have. As any job to the extent of this would have some hiccups, any call to Bill was immediately responded to and addressed in a timely fashion.”
